Changes and Cancellation Policy
Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, which is why we strive to be in agreement with our clients on our terms and conditions to ensure that the services we render go through a seamless process.
We will therefore like to bring our Changes and Cancellation Policy to your notice. Please read below for more information.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
To ensure that you have all your selected items delivered to you on your preferred date, kindly note that the day you book such items, they are considered out of our inventory and thus made unavailable to other potential customers. Because of this, we do have certain policies regarding changes to your order.
All reductions in numbers must be received by Posh Rentals Limited (PRL) before the items leave the warehouse for delivery to your preferred location. Monies will not be refunded for reductions made on site or after the logistics team leaves the warehouse with your ordered items.
Any cancellation requested after a client has paid for an order must be made within 1 month and will be subject to a cancellation fee. See our Cancellation Policy below for more information.
Any increase in your order numbers must be made prior to delivery and are subject to item availability. These items will be billed separately.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A cancellation fee of 50% of the total invoice amount will be withheld from your initial payment if your reservation is cancelled post payment on the invoice. Refunds on the balance of the order will be made 1 week before the intended event or the money paid will be held on account for the client, which will be used for subsequent orders.
