Budget Tip
You don’t need to over-rent cooling equipment. A simple guide is:
- Mist fans: 1 unit per 30–50 guests outdoors
- Industrial fans: 2–3 units for medium halls, more for larger spaces
- Portable AC: Rent only for VIP or enclosed areas
This way, you save money while still keeping everyone comfortable.
